LeagueLoop Terms of Use

Agreement and license

These terms cover LeagueLoop, provided by 4AI Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. By using the app you agree to them. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the license for the App Store app. These service terms supplement that license and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and clubs

You need an Apple or Google account to sign in. Keep your account secure and use a display name that does not impersonate anyone. Club organizers manage members, roles, invitations and seasons and are responsible for how their club is run. Invite only people who want to take part.

Community and content

You are responsible for the club names, display names, messages, results and other content you add. Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit content, impersonate others, share other people’s private information or enter false results. You can report a message and block a member in the app. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms.

Leagues, results and standings

LeagueLoop helps organize recreational competition. Organizers set rules, fixtures and result approval, and standings are calculated from approved results. Results are append-only; corrections are recorded with an audit trail. Automatic forfeits are off by default. We do not referee matches, arrange venues or settle disputes between players.

Organizer plans, renewal and refunds

Joining, playing, inviting and drafting seasons are free. Publishing a live season requires Organizer Pro, an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or a Season Pass, a one-time purchase that funds one selected season and does not renew. US prices are $7.99 per month, $59.99 per year and $14.99 per Season Pass; your local price and terms are shown before purchase.

Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Organizer Pro renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your LeagueLoop account does not cancel billing. Seasons published while funded remain available after Pro ends.

Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings; use the same LeagueLoop account and Apple Account used to buy. Access is granted after our server verifies the purchase. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple under its rules and applicable consumer law.

Service availability

League features need an internet connection and our online service. We may change, suspend or interrupt features for maintenance, security or abuse prevention, while respecting your mandatory rights. Export season data if you need your own copy.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or fit every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms and show a new date here; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
