How can we help?
Send a request from Settings → Need a hand? in the app, or email us. Include your app version, device, iOS version, what you tried and any error message. Never send your Apple or Google password or payment-card details.
Join a club
Open the invitation link your organizer shared, or choose Join a club and paste the link or code. Joining and playing are free. If an invitation no longer works, ask your organizer for a new one; invitations can expire or be revoked.
Create and publish a season
Create a season draft, add players or teams, set the rules and preview the fixtures. Drafts are free. When you publish, choose Organizer Pro or a Season Pass for that season.
Restore purchases or check activation
Open Settings → Purchases, subscription & legal and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same LeagueLoop account and Apple Account used to buy. If a payment went through but access has not appeared, choose Check activation instead of paying again; our server confirms the purchase and this can take a moment.
Results and disputes
Report the score from the match screen. Your organizer approves it before it counts in the standings. If a score is wrong, submit a correction or dispute the result from the match; the original entry stays in the history.
Match reminders
Turn on Match reminders in Settings and allow notifications for LeagueLoop in iPhone Settings. League activity also appears in your in-app inbox, even with notifications turned off.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select LeagueLoop and manage or cancel it there. Deleting the app does not cancel renewal. For refunds of Apple-billed purchases, use Apple’s refund request service.
Delete your account
In Settings, choose Delete account and confirm. Transfer ownership of clubs that have other members first. Your profile and access are removed and past competition records keep an anonymized participant. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
