About this policy

This policy covers the LeagueLoop app for iPhone and iPad and its guest league pages. 4AI Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., Ankara, Türkiye, is responsible for the service and the personal data described here.

Your account and profile

You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google; email sign-in is not offered. We receive an account identifier, the email address the provider shares (Apple may provide a private relay address) and your name if you choose to share it. You choose a display name that other members of your clubs can see. Your profile also stores your device time zone and your reminder preference.

League information

To run your leagues we store the clubs you create or join, memberships and roles, invitations, seasons, divisions, teams, fixtures, match appointments and venues, reported results, disputes, match conversation messages, reports and blocks, in-app notifications and an audit trail of league actions. Members of a club can see that club’s league information, including participants’ display names, fixtures and results.

When an organizer invites someone by email, we store that email address with the invitation so it can be matched and accepted. Invitations expire and can be revoked by the organizer.

Guest pages, exports and calendar files

An organizer can create a guest link for a season. Anyone with the link can view that season’s fixtures, results and standings, including participants’ display names, without signing in. Organizers can revoke the link at any time. Season exports, membership exports and calendar files you share go to the destination you choose, which controls its own copy.

Service providers

Our API runs on Cloudflare and league data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Cloudflare receives IP addresses and ordinary request metadata to deliver and protect the service.

Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat receives your LeagueLoop account identifier and purchase, subscription and renewal information so we can verify Organizer Pro and Season Pass access; our server confirms purchases with RevenueCat before a season is funded. We do not receive your payment-card details.

If you turn on match reminders and allow notifications, OneSignal receives your account identifier, a push subscription token and the text of the reminders and league notices it delivers. Sentry receives limited crash and error diagnostics such as app version, device and iOS details and error categories; screenshots, view hierarchy, session tracking and default personal data collection are turned off.

No advertising or tracking

LeagueLoop shows no advertising and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not sell personal data. The app currently sends no product-analytics events.

Retention and account deletion

League information is kept while your account and clubs are active. You can delete your account in Settings. First transfer ownership of clubs that have other members. Deletion removes your profile, your sign-in account and clubs you own that have no other members. In other clubs, your past entries remain as “Former participant”, your messages are replaced with “Message removed” and your memberships end.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage it in your Apple Account first. Purchase and support records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Support, legal bases and your rights

If you send a support request in the app, we store your message with your account so we can respond. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you send. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal details.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process account, league and purchase information to provide the service you request, security and diagnostic information for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting it, information required by law to meet legal obligations, and notifications with your permission, which you can withdraw in iOS Settings.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact support to exercise your rights; we may need proportionate information to verify the request.

Service providers may process information outside your country under their policies and our service arrangements. LeagueLoop is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has given us personal data.

This website and policy updates

These web pages remember your language preference in browser storage and use Google-hosted fonts. Website hosting receives ordinary request metadata. See the Labs website privacy notice for website processing. We update the date above when this policy changes.
