Agreement and license

These terms cover Heat Planner Pro, also displayed as Heat Window, provided by 4AI Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the license for the App Store app. These service terms supplement that license and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Forecasts and responsible use

The app explains forecast heat metrics and compares user-selected activity windows. Forecasts and derived calculations are estimates, may be incomplete or delayed, and may differ from actual conditions. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted coverage or safe activity times.

Heat Planner Pro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, personalized physiological limits, a numerical WBGT measurement or workplace-compliance certification. A lower value is not a safety clearance. Check official guidance and local conditions and use your own judgment. Do not rely on a reminder as an emergency warning.

Preview and Pro limits

The offline labeled sample can be explored repeatedly. Real Preview includes one fixed place, one fixed 12-hour snapshot and one successful comparison of two starts, with no refresh or new saved plan. A snapshot older than two hours cannot support a new comparison. Failed initial fetches, invalid data and failed comparisons do not consume the allowance. Deletion, reinstall or backup import does not intentionally replenish it.

Pro includes forecasts for the next 72 hours, up to three comparison starts, 30–180-minute activities, 10 saved places, 100 saved plans and 20 pending local reminders, plus forecast refresh, sharing and image export. Network caching, request limits and provider availability apply. All billing periods unlock the same Pro features.

Subscriptions, renewal and refunds

US launch pricing is $1.99 per week, $3.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Pro subscriptions automatically renew. Your actual local price, currency and billing period are displayed before purchase. No introductory trial or lifetime purchase is included in the launch offer.

Apple charges your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings before the next renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the paid period, subject to verified subscription status and applicable Apple terms.

Restore Purchases is available on every Pro paywall and in Settings → Subscription. Use the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoration requires verification and restores eligible access, not local plans. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple; eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable rules.

Your records and service availability

Keep a raw backup before changing devices or deleting the app. There is no app-managed cloud plan sync, and we cannot recover device-only records from a lost or reset device. Viewing, raw export/import and deletion of existing records remain available after Pro expires. Imported data do not grant Pro access.

Fresh forecasts require internet and an available weather service. Cached forecasts retain their original retrieval time; refresh may reuse recent provider data. Local reminders are times you choose, not continuous weather monitoring. We may change or interrupt service to address maintenance, provider outages or abuse, while respecting your mandatory rights.

Acceptable use, ownership and applicable rights

Do not misuse the service, bypass request limits, interfere with its operation or infringe others’ rights. Keep weather-source attribution when sharing outputs. You retain rights in your own records; the app design, software and branding belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or fit every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduces mandatory consumer protections. Apple’s license terms and applicable consumer law continue to apply.
