These terms govern your use of Pool Service Logbook Pro (the “App”), provided by 4AI Information Technologies. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your licence is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, the term more protective of you applies.
The App is a field logbook for pool-service work. It records customers and pools, visits, water readings, chemical and material entries, equipment notes and photos, and it produces a PDF service report you can share.
The App is a recordkeeping tool only. It does not:
Reference ranges shown next to a reading are configurable prompts to check or review a value. They are not approvals. You are solely responsible for the work you perform and for what you tell your customers.
You are responsible for the information you enter, including any personal data about your customers, and for having a lawful basis to record it. Records are stored on your device; keeping backups is your responsibility. We cannot recover data from a lost, damaged or reset device.
The App includes a free Preview tier with limited capacity, and a paid Pro subscription. Preview lets you complete one realistic workflow: one customer, one pool, one completed visit plus one draft, water readings and chemical entries, two photos, one reminder and a watermarked sample report.
Pro removes those limits and adds unwatermarked customer-facing reports, the duplicate-last-visit workflow, advanced search, JSON and CSV export and restore, custom company name and report footer, and custom presets.
If a subscription lapses, your existing records remain readable. We do not delete or permanently lock records because a subscription ended.
Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store:
Prices are shown in US dollars and may differ by region and over time. The exact price and renewal period are always displayed in the App before you purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is always available in the App's Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where that restriction is prohibited by law; not to use the App unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights; and not to misrepresent a generated report as a certification or an inspection result.
The App, its design and its content are owned by 4AI Information Technologies and protected by intellectual property law. Records you create belong to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost or corrupted data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The App uses Apple's App Store and StoreKit, RevenueCat for subscription management and OneSignal for push notifications. Their own terms apply to their services. See our Privacy Policy for what each receives.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms. Effective 4 September 2026.
